Redesign of

This is a website redesign project carried out during the exchange semester at Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

The website taken up was, the website for public transport service of Milan. The methodology followed for the project included understanding the intent, the users and the main tasks carried out on the website.

There is no provision for buying of tickets on the website. Changes were made to facilitate buying of tickets similar to the atm machines at the metro station. Here are the steps shown for buying of tickets on the redesigned website.

The website gives very little information about tourism in Milan and the history of the service system. Redesign of the page was done adding relevant information on the page and having the correct information hierarchy in the form of an elaborate header on the right.
